NEW FORMAT:
As of November 15, 2009, I began doing the bulletin in
HTML.
Now you can make the
format the way you want by grabbing the edge of your
browser and dragging it to the preferred width
and using "CTRL +" or "CTRL -" to make the font size
larger or smaller with some
browsers.
NOTE: If you can't grab
the edge of your browser to drag it,
click on the box next to
the red box with an X in the top right corner of
your browser; and try again.
